I'm a year late but I've finished playing the game, experiencing all endings.
I love this so much, the impact of the story was massive on me. It was truly heart-wrenching that even 2 days later after playing, my heart still hurts.
It made me happy, sad, nervous, a rollercoaster of emotions.
Glad I found this game, it's a good thing I decided to look for RPGM Horror games again after a long time.
This was very well done, made me jump, scream a lot, and cry too.
Thank you for making Aria's Story, I highly recommend everyone to play!
Played the game 1 week after original release, It wasn't the best game Iv'e played but it wasn't the worst. Played it again 2 years later because of the new huge update & I have to put it in my favorites list the update really improved both Gameplay & Story. The bad ending was very unsatisfying in the original but now the "Perfect Ending (Bad Ending)" is really awesome to see. I highly recommend everyone that enjoys this game to try out Midnight Train the game Lydia made after Aria's Story.
I tested many Horror Games and I especially like those who are made with RPG-Maker, in 2D and TopDown.
This one is really the greatest I ever played. Such an atmosphere, a deep story, riddles, the length....fairy rales, it is creepy and cute...I love it, and I have not finished yet (I am and the end of Chapter 3)
"Aria, you are dead, but I couldn't accept it, so I created a creepy and death threatening fictional version of your favorite place to bring you back to life and threaten your new life at every corner, I hope you appreciate it."
Aaaaaw, such a good friend! Why need enemies when having such friends?
See? That doesn't make sense. If you create a world to bring back someone dear to life, then you obviously don't fill it with death traps to kill her in every room!
The plot would actually make sense if it was:
"Aria, I hate you, so I created a fictional world to torture you and to kill you."
It is a story with issues, and it is going to end well. So what is your complain about such a well-made, long, creepy, cute and atmospheric game that deals with fairy tales, riddles and so on? !
It is going to end well? It is going to end well?!? The developer just doesn't accept to resurrect Aria as she was before she died, the only good ending is one where she starts a new life as someone new, which defeats the whole point of this world which was to bring back a lost friend, not to create a new one.
But this is irrelevant with my previous feedback as it didn't point out that the story ended badly, it pointed out that the story didn't make sense.

I call you fan-boy or fan-girl because all that you do is defend what you like and not take into consideration what people who don't share your blind love have to say.

As much as i love this game, i played it about a year ago so i don't remember enought to post a detailed answer, but this was kind of what i figured out by the time i finished it.
PS: Dude, 1/4th of your answer was a legit answer, and the rest was just you curb stomping the other guy for liking the game as it is, they didn't even insult you, please chill out.
i played this awhile ago but forgot to comment, amazing game!! super fun and scary and arias sprite is adorable (even when she dies-) very well crafted! I found a problem near the end where she just stopped moving but I just exited the game and restarted and she moved other than that super amazing game
good game and story :) i got game over a lot and sometime thought to give up but i kept going until the end and got normal ending, im fine with it :) well done :)

I've gotten all the routes, I'm guessing you're talking about the rabbit? I got stuck there for a small bit I got through it, once you talk to the rabbit and start running down the path you came from, exit the room then go right and up to the top door and enter it, then a cutscene should play out and you're outta that chase!
And if you ever get stuck again you can ask me or look at the guide the owner has on tumblr,they have it chapter per chapter and have a guide to all the endings, I like to do games without any help personally but others like to get help whenever they can/when stuck so guides/people can help a lot.
If I remember correctly I believe it's either Z, space, or shift. You can test out keys until you find the run button since the chase doesn't start until you talk to that specific rabbit so you have time to figure it out if it's not one of those three but that's one of the only times you *have* to run in the whole game

I am really liking the game. Its a really good game I got stuck. On the coloumns in the secret room (the one with the password) there are books and not stars, I dont know where to find the book Im supposed to put in tragedy section. I am really confused because on walktroughs the room is quite different.
I absolutely cannot recommend this game enough, if you like horror RPGs like Ib, Mad Father, Witch's House, and much more, this game is definitely the game for you! The story is enthralling, the puzzles make you think but are never too hard to get, and the characters are super interesting. I definitely intend to go back and play this game again multiple times just to see all of the endings. Thank you so much for this wonderful game!
My favorite ending is the Good Ending. Also I noticed there was Luna in the Good Ending credit scene :D Bad Ending 2 made me shocked a bit because I have liked Clyde's character since I finished the first ending :(

Usually I'd go ahead and imediately delete the games I download coz it takes up WAY to many space, but this game is very beautiful and unique and my very first rp indie game and I love it! So I'm keeping it!! Arghhh I wanted Aria and Lewin to be coupled lmao >///<
Overall, a 100/10, no questions asked, download it.
(btw if you also had trouble downloading saying "Failed: Forbidden" just go to Incognito Mode and download, works for me ^^)
You probably already finished the game by now, but it said that you don't really need to check your inventory for the keys, just interact with the door and you'll be just fine!
I saw a video and i didn't end the game yet... the rainbow key that a book gives in the solar door house, i opened the inventory and suddenly the key disappeared.
Load back from a save file which isn't affected by this bug. Had this problem. Just go to the locked door and allow it to unlock. Don't select it from inventory.

i cant get past the chase in chapter 2. I've tried for about 20 minutes now. I use a laptop. Does anyone have any tips for me ?

When i cheked my inventory the raimobow key baceme invisible and now i can't use it. could you help me pls?
